On May 25th 2017 I will be speaking at the Microsoft Cloud User Group in Manchester UK. The topic I have chosen to discuss is titled “Cloud Contact Center” and I will be talking to you about how you can use Skype for Business Online with Organizational Auto Attendant and Call Queues to deliver simple, but effective cloud based ACDs to your users and customers.
Over the last 5 months I have been delivering a Skype for Business contact center solution for a customer. This incorporates over 90 separate workflows, 500+ Agents with complex routing requirements. I will tell you my story on how and why as well as how OrgAA and Call Queues helped us in some of those workflows.
Also in attendance is Archive360 talking about compliance on Azure blob storage and Andrew Price (MVP) talking about the latest updates in Office C2R.
